Assistance for a technology-related issue can be requested using the SPARKSD Helpdesk Portal. 

Click the Helpdesk link on the Staff Links webpage. 


If you are logged in at school on your computer, you will NOT need to enter a password.  

Fill out the simple form with as much descriptive information as possible about what you need assistance with.  The more details that you provide, the faster that you will get a resolution. 


You can see replies and updates by logging into the portal. 

NO HELPDESK REQUESTS WILL BE CREATED IF YOU EMAIL.
