Welcome back to all staff!  The start of the 2014-2015 School year has been busy for the technology department.  I am happy to report, that after a summer of configuring, migrating, imaging, and deploying new equipment, the district has the most manageable and stable computer system ever.

What's new?
  • 15 Servers providing services from computer logins to food services
  • Standardization on Windows 7 and Office 2010 across the district
  • Remote support and application deployment
  • Over 400 new Chromebooks
  • Laptops for every teacher in the District
  • Guest and Staff BYOT wireless portal
  • A new and improved Helpdesk Portal
  • Steps toward unified logins and Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Distinct content filtering policies for staff and students
  • Complete network topology overhaul (segmented network)
  • Google Classroom Beta
  • Managed Print & Copy Services
We look forward to your feedback as we continue to fine-tune the system.  Thanks for your patience as we make adjustments over the next few weeks.
